Prodrive Property Maintenance commenced trading in January 1998, initially with Ian Boyes as the sole trader. From those early days, the company has rapidly expanded, thanks mainly to the strong ties forged at a very early stage within the Insurance and Loss Adjusting markets, which has ensured a continued and consistent flow of work.
In July 2001, Mark Hynes joined Ian and we commenced trading as Prodrive Property Maintenance Limited. Shortly after, Prodrive Shopfitting Limited was born and headed by a third Director, Gary Downes. With hard work and loyal Clients, we have become established as one of the leading contractors in the North East, with a reputation for dedication, quality, customer care and a genuine enjoyment of what we do.
The team further strengthened with the arrival of Steve Watts in 2004 as Construction Director. Steve a former joiner with over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry in various management positions and has also spent several years involved in tunnelling carrying out First Aid and Rescue giving him an excellent grounding in Health and Safety. This is further recognised by his involvement with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM). Steve regularly consults with a variety of clients on this subject. Steve has overall responsibility for Construction and Health & Safety on all projects along with fast response on major incidents and events.
Our growth has resulted in an enviable and prestigious portfolio of Clients, comprising; Clancy Consulting, Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters, Crawford Higgins Associates, GAB Robins, Ellipta, Prism Network and WNSA.
We believe our strength lies in our diversity and to maintain this, we are continuously assessing our resources to ensure that we have the right calibre staff to meet the demands of our Clients, who quite rightly expect the very best.
